June 4, 2010 - Westar Energy Applies to be Partner Utility

Westar Energy, Inc., filed its application with the Kansas Corporation Commission, to be a partner utility in the Efficiency Kansas loan program. The Commission has 240 days to issue an order on this application (Docket No. 10-WSEE-775-TAR).
